Leasing Specialist

Oversees the Leasing teams performance with all overall leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals. Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, marketing plans, drives, and special programs Develop effective off-site marketing networks and strategies, especially with Davis University and other student networks. Team Member Benefits Medical The majority of each Team Member’s medical insurance premium is paid by UDGI. Half of the HMO premiums contributed by UDGI. Paid Time Off Team Members are eligible for paid vacation days and sick time.
