Responsibilities include: Meet and greet prospects at our Burlington and South Burlington properties in person and virtually Demonstrate community and apartment knowledge and apply to prospect needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sales to achieve high occupancy rate Qualify applicants by covering all rental criteria, complete application process, secure deposits and follow-up with applicant regarding status Assist in ensuring apartments are ready for move-in Schedule and conduct move-in inspections with new residents. Orient new residents to the community. Must possess a valid drivers license and vehicle.
