Encourage prospect to complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Federal and State Fair Housing requirements. Ensure apartment is ready for resident move-in on agreed date. Attempt to close sale again. Ensure that all resident information is current, accurately verified and entered into the resident file and property management software. Assist Property Manager ensuring that all property responsibilities (including resident activity & maintenance activity) are completed in a timely and professional manner.
