Job Responsibilities: Must be a leasing superstar! Oversees the Leasing teams performance with all overall leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals. Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, marketing plans, drives, and special programs. Follow-up with all prospective residents.
