We are currently searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at our University River Village community of over 550 units and as well as by the bed leases. Job Responsibilities: Must be a leasing superstar! Oversees the Leasing teams performance with all overall leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals. Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, marketing plans, drives, and special programs Develop effective off-site marketing networks and strategies, especially with Sacramento State and other student networks.
