Office & Staff Management • Maintain efficient daily operations of the San Diego office. • Research and gather competitive intelligence and prospect data specific to San Diego County. • Maintain strong communication and rapport with government entities and other legal advertising clients. • Coordinate with the Legal Advertising management team to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. • Personal meetings with direct managers approximately every four to six weeks to discuss career growth and advancement opportunities as well as other issues important to the employees.
