Legal counsel

Media.Monks is on the lookout for a highly motivated Commercial Counsel to join the US Legal team and help with day-to-day legal matters for our content productions in the US & Canada, and related legal issues, including MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, NDAs, and influencer agreements. • Work with clients and internal teams to lead negotiation of terms to align with company policies and objectives. • Partner with internal legal counsel across the world to create contract policies and commercial strategy to ensure the support of the business as it scales. • Strong knowledge of digital content, entertainment, contract and commercial law. • Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment as we continue to grow our business internationally.
