With over 3 million engaged followers worldwide and a subscriber base of 600,000+ photography enthusiasts, we connect photographers, publishers, brands, and cultural organizations through award-winning competitions, curated exhibitions, and high-impact editorial content.The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Ad Sales Representative to build and grow our advertising and sponsorship business. This person will be responsible for selling display advertising, branded content, dedicated email campaigns, and collaborative co-promotions to companies that align with our values and global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and organizations in photography, media, and adjacent industries.Sell digital advertising packages including newsletter banners, dedicated emails, sponsored guides, and social media collaborations.Identify and close new business opportunities, while also managing and growing repeat client relationships.Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and integrated campaigns.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable ROI for partners.QualificationsProven track record in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales (3+ years preferred).Strong existing network with agencies, publishers, or brands in the creative industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive independently in a fast-moving, global, creative environment.Passion for photography, visual culture, or the arts is a plus.CompensationCommission: 15% on net new sales, including paid social collaborations and multi-channel partnershipsHigh earning potential for motivated performersWhy Join LensCulture?Be part of a pioneering platform with a global reach and reputation in contemporary photography.Collaborate with leading international brands, publishers, and cultural organizations.Work remotely with a small, dedicated, creative team.How to ApplyInterested?
