Primary Responsibilities: \\- Scheduling Appointments \\- Preparing Offers \\- Working with closings \\- Transfer, route all calls, take and distribute messages \\- Sort/distribute incoming mail \\- Handle all outgoing mail \\- Provide administrative support to staff \\- Manage Client Contact files \\- Advertising and Marketing support Requirements: \\- Able to work Mon-Fri 10am to 5:00pm \\- Excellent telephone and customer service skills \\- Strong ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere \\- Computer/Internet Savvy w/Excellent Microsoft Office Experience \\- Great Follow Up Skills \\- Professional attitude and attire a must
