Must be willing to work 11:00pm-7:00am shift. Accountable to Director of Wellness/Executive Director for all nursing department activities and maintaining the corporate philosophy of quality care. Observes and reports symptoms and conditions of patients to Director of Wellness “DOW” /Delegating R.N./Physician. Administers medications and treatments per signed doctor’s orders in an accurate, safe manner, observes effectiveness and reports to physician if needed. At times it may be necessary to perform other duties as requested by the Assisted Living Manager.
