Most importantly, this role requires someone with a customer-centric mindset and will work to deeply understand our target audiences, their motivations and challenges and is comfortable presenting to a C-suite team. Requirements • 7+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing and/or Retention Marketing ideally in the Healthcare or Digital Health space • Experience leading omni-channel campaign efforts • Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics or AI highly preferred. • High level of experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo • Critical thinking and comfortable with asking the tough questions • Ability to communicate with many different types of stakeholder groups, good news and bad • Experience and comfort working with a team on partially defined problems and helping partners and team members determine the direction and approach a project will take • Ability to align the right messaging with the right segment. • Strong reporting & analytics experience required.
