• Build segmented, personalized email campaigns tailored to brokers, owners, tenants, investors, and other CRE stakeholders. • Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulatory standards. • Own and execute the company’s SEO strategy – including technical SEO and on-page optimization • Partner with content and product marketing teams to develop SEO-driven content that increases organic visibility and supports lead generation goals. • Track and analyze email KPIs, SEO metrics, and full-funnel conversion data to continuously refine strategies. • Mastery of HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or transferable platform • Knowledge of commercial real estate workflows, investment lifecycle, property marketing, or brokerage operations is a plus
