Overview Type: Contract Schedule: Hybrid NYC, M-F, regular business hours Sales Planner / Media Buyer Duties • Lead the end-to-end RFP process, from proposal development through order entry • Work with Sales and Revenue Management to implement pricing and packaging strategies • Maintain up-to-date pipeline data and manage all campaign budget updates (e.g., optimizations, cancellations, makegoods) • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Inventory Analytics, Streaming, and Measurement teams • Monitor campaign delivery and performance in partnership with Ad Ops • Assist Finance with billing reconciliation and reporting • Respond to agency/client requests and support sales communications • Create account-specific materials and presentations for client meetings • Identify inefficiencies in workflow and propose process improvements Sales Planner / Media Buyer Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in linear (traditional broadcast television, cable, or radio) sales planning or media buying (agency or media company experience preferred) • Linear media experience is required; digital-only backgrounds will not be considered • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach • Familiarity with media math and industry-standard ad sales terms • Experience with Operative One and knowledge of the TV/streaming ecosystem is a plus
