What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end production of short-form, performance-driven video ads for our mobile games across international channels (scriptwriting, on-set filming, and post-production direction). • Partner closely with our Beijing-based creative team to execute high-quality live-action shoots in the US, including coordinating with US production crews, aligning on creative approaches, and supervising shoots on site to ensure strong delivery. • Collaborate day-to-day with our Beijing UA (user acquisition) and video production teammates; analyze competitor creatives and trends, and regularly share insights on US culture and audience behavior to enrich our creative strategy. What We’re Looking For • Lived in the US for 3+ years (study or work). • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience producing live-action performance ads for mobile games (UA creatives).
