Community Advertising Sales Representative

We are currently hiring motivated sales representatives to help secure advertising partnerships for premium community spotlight postcards distributed throughout Oklahoma City-area neighborhoods, including Nichols Hills and The Village.

This role is focused on selling postcard ad placements to local businesses. Representatives will be responsible for outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing sales independently.

Compensation
• 40% commission on every completed sale
• Typical ad placements range from $400-$700+
• Opportunity for increased earnings as campaigns and distribution expand

What You'll Do
• Reach out to local businesses in person, by phone, email, or social media
• Present advertising opportunities and explain campaign benefits
• Negotiate pricing and ad placements with business owners
• Follow up with leads and confidently close sales
• Manage communication professionally and independently

• Secure completed client payments through the company’s approved payment platform before ad placements are confirmed

Who We're Looking For
• Strong communicators who are confident speaking with business owners
• Individuals comfortable with negotiation and closing sales
• Self-motivated people who can work independently without micromanagement
• Sales, networking, marketing, or business development experience is a plus
• Local Oklahoma City/Edmond-area applicants preferred
