Job Description:
4Ever Young, a physician led anti-aging medspa brand, is seeking an independent contractor to lead Local Center Marketing (LCM) for our corporate center(s) in South Florida. You'll partner with our Director of Marketing to build a monthly calendar of 2–4 local events, then own execution — hosting, attending, and networking to drive new patients. Compensation includes a flat monthly fee plus bonus tied to new patients driven by your events.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Development: Partner with the franchisor's Director of Marketing to build a monthly LCM calendar of 2–4 events, aligned to center goals and local opportunity.
Event Execution & Hosting: Plan, coordinate, and execute both center-hosted and outside community/partner events, ensuring each is staffed, on-brand, and set up to convert attendees into leads.
Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, wellness partners, and community organizations to create ongoing referral and co-marketing opportunities.
Attribution & Reporting: Use franchisor-provided collateral (sign-in sheets, promo/QR codes) to tag and track which events drive new patients, and report results after each event and monthly.
Collaboration: Coordinate with center leadership/staff to ensure events are properly staffed and integrated with scheduling and promotions.
Objectives:
Deliver a minimum of 2–4 LCM events per month per the agreed calendar, driving measurable new patient growth and a growing base of local partnerships.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in local/field marketing, event marketing, or community outreach — medical aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong existing local network, or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
Self-starter, comfortable hosting/presenting at events and representing a premium healthcare brand.
Reliable transportation; able to attend/host events locally, including some evenings/weekends.
