Your Role:

Prospect: Connect with local business owners eager to grow and leverage your existing network to create a robust client pipeline.

Sell: As an independent contractor, act as a trusted partner to local entrepreneurs by meeting with them face-to-face and presenting BVM's range of marketing solutions, including print ads, digital display and social ads, online presence tools, and website development.

Launch: Establish your presence through a local community publication. Once you achieve your sales baseline, your magazine will go to print, typically within 90-120 days, with dedicated support throughout the process.

Scale: Our comprehensive training and proven business model are designed to help you expand your business. With your magazine in print, you will cultivate existing client relationships, attract new advertisers, and foster community connections.

Connect: Represent a publication that showcases the best of your community, celebrating local businesses and the families that support them.

Earning Potential:This commission-based position rewards your ability to forge lasting relationships with local businesses. As your clients continue to invest in their marketing, your income will grow.

Year 1: $65K - $100K (Target)
Year 2+: $150K - $250K+ (High Performer)
Top Producers: $1.5M - $3.9M+ total career earnings
