Key Responsibilities
Assist franchisees with LOCALACT questions, follow-ups, and education
Monitor and document conversations, issues, and outcomes to ensure continuity across teams
Provide overflow call coverage and support onboarding and education for LOCALACT users
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or marketing support
Functional understanding of local marketing and digital performance metrics
Ability to follow direction and reinforce recommendations
Comfort working in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment
Strong documentation habits and reliability in follow-through
