Local Sales Manager

Lazer Broadcasting Corporation is looking for an experienced Local Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in radio sales/management. Job Description: • Protect the license of the local station & professionally manage the operation to serve the public interest. • Manage and oversee all sales, client services, production, promotions, accounting, engineering and their respective personnel • Achieve station revenue budgets and monitor rate structure • Manage Key local advertisers and establish relationships with local contacts for national advertisers • Review and approve all advertising sales orders • Coach and train the local sales staff • Adhere to and manage all systems and and company procedures to ensure the success of all Company departments • Prospect new business opportunities, develop new revenue/clients Skills/Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of media sales/leadership experience • Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) • Must have outstanding marketing/presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and exceptional computer literacy • Must demonstrate ability to develop and maintain new business • Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly revenue goals • High level of client relationship management and understanding client objectives We are an equal opportunity employer
