Local Store Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator
Position Summary
The Local Store Marketing (LSM) & Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for promoting the restaurant locations within the community while also managing customer feedback and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This role develops local marketing initiatives, builds community partnerships, ensures the restaurants are merchandised properly, and serves as a key contact for customers who provide compliments, concerns, and complaints. The coordinator works closely with restaurant leadership teams to strengthen brand reputation, drive traffic and maintain strong relationships with guests and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
Local Store Marketing
Support national and regional marketing campaigns at the local restaurant level.
Develop and implement local marketing programs to increase restaurant traffic and sales.
Build relationships with local schools, sports teams, community organizations and businesses.
Coordinate community partnerships, fundraisers, sponsorships and promotional events.
Represent the restaurants at community events
Coordinate in-store promotional materials and marketing displays according to brand standards.
Assist with local social media engagement and community outreach efforts.
Customer Relations
Serve as the primary contact for customer feedback including complaints, compliments, and inquiries.
Monitor and respond to customer calls, emails, and online feedback platforms.
Investigate customer concerns by communicating with restaurant management teams.
Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Document all customer feedback and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
Share trends in customer feedback with leadership to improve service and operations.
Recognize and communicate customer compliments to restaurant teams to reinforce positive performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications preferred
Fast Food experience is a bonus Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, events and customer follow-ups simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication platforms.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between restaurant locations and community events. Key Skills & Competencies
