The Local Store Marketing (LSM) & Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for promoting the restaurant locations within the community while also managing customer feedback and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This role develops local marketing initiatives, builds community partnerships, ensures the restaurants are merchandised properly, and serves as a key contact for customers who provide compliments, concerns, and complaints. Coordinate community partnerships, fundraisers, sponsorships and promotional events. Represent the restaurants at community events Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for community events, school programs, or promotional activities.
