A fast-growing QSR franchisee is seeking a Local Store Marketing Manager to serve as the brand’s boots-on-the-ground marketing leader across Arkansas. The Local Store Marketing Manager will live and work within the market, reporting to brand leadership while partnering closely with franchise owners and operators to execute local marketing programs that build Layne’s as a beloved community brand. Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities to drive traffic and increase community engagement. Lead all local marketing efforts for new restaurant openings across Arkansas, including 90-day pre-opening, opening, and post-opening marketing plans. Regular local and regional travel throughout Arkansas required.
