Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will set up cost‑effective marketing systems across various media to achieve company objectives.

Required Skills
• Understanding of KPI and metrics for marketing success
• Internet marketing skills, including campaign creation and management
• Reporting and spread sheeting—maintain and present results
• Google Suite skills—email, docs, design, spreadsheets
• Design principles—ability to create attractive offers
• Understanding of sales funnels, offers, and compelling messaging (marketing 101 – 404)
Compensation
• $58,000–65,000 salaried, plus bonuses for meeting budgets and goals
Work Hours

Full‑time—40+ hours per week. Evening work is rare; weekend work is even rarer.
Travel

Site visits are required to manage properties in Colorado Springs and Denver; mileage reimbursement follows IRS guidelines (excluding regular commute).
