Expanding and growing property management company seeking an individual to assist with our field operations positions covering the entire valley with the following duties: The primary focus of the position is to remove and install lock boxes valley wide, perform tenant move outs / move in's in conjunction with specific procedures, property inspections, spreading notices to tenants, assistance with taking pictures and videos for marketing/advertising for our online rental listings along with general field operations to company. For the position for the sub contractor classification would encase the following: As a subcontractor you would be issued a 1099 end of the year; the amount of boxes vary due to time of the month for rental turns. You would be responsible for your own transportation, maintenance and insurance along with any repairs/cost associated with your vehicle . For the employee option with hourly position pay rate would pay rate would be starting at $16-$17 per hour to start with company transportation provided, insurance coverage and all fuel and maintenance covered. Bilingual Spanish speaking beneficial.
