The position would be a sub contractor classification: You would be responsible transportation , maintenance and insurance along with any repairs/cost associated with your vehicle . We pay $20 to remove a lock box, $40 to perform a tenant move out ( ie take pics of move out and upload to our system with notes of the condition of property) and $60 to take pics and video of a property to bring online for rental listing. Would estimate gross per year to be in the $25K-$30K range. Note that we would need to you service the entire valley, be dependable, presentable, have and maintain auto insurance and have reliable transportation.
