So here are some things I'm looking for. She lacked the strength of a guy, but she made up for it with her brains and her drive to learn and the courage to try new things.. and helping in every way she can. I respect the person she was and never minded when she spoke her mind. I know this is not a regular job advertising but this is what I'm looking for in a helper. Just looking for a like minded person to teach and help grow and have fun at work.
