So here are some things I'm looking for. I respect the person she was and never minded when she spoke her mind. I realized after working with her that I'm not only looking for a helper but someone I get along with. Just looking for a like minded person to teach and help grow and have fun at work. I sometimes paid my last helper up to $30 to $40 an hour when she kicked ass.
