We are looking for a special person to manage a small well-maintained motel approx. 30 min. outside of Sioux Falls. hospitable and sociable personality -History and previous management roles in the hospitality industry helpful but not necessary -Assemble a first-rate small team of hospitality and service cleaning professionals (2-3) -Raise the bar on our standards of service through continuous improvement and focused training -Maintain clear image guidelines for the service team -Hiring, training and scheduling of team -Develop relationships with long-term regular guests and create new ones -Implement management systems that streamline efficiency and productivity -Evaluate/ implement advertising strategies
