You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions.Conduct regular in-person meetings which may require travel.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College.A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience.A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsSuccess in building long-term relationships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.What’s in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture.
