This full-time on-site Sales Executive role at MPG Media in Louisville, KY requires a positive, can-do attitude, reliability, punctuality, energy, and attention to detail.Advertising Sales ExecutiveMPG Media ServicesFull-TimeJOB SUMMARYThis full-time on-site Sales Executive role at MPG Media in Louisville, KY requires a positive, can-do attitude, reliability, punctuality, energy, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Execute outbound sales efforts to identify and prospect new business opportunities.Conduct persuasive and compelling sale presentations to showcase MPG Media’s advertising solutions.Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of clients.Attend industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.Meet clients in person (can involve some level of travel), building rapport and trust through face-to-face interactions while promoting and selling MPG Media’s services.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective advertising solutions.Demonstrate creative thinking and ingenuity in developing advertising strategies.Negotiate contracts and close deals.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly, and identify new business opportunities.Qualifications:A proven track record (4+ years) of success in direct B2B sales, cold calling, and prospecting, preferably in the advertising and media industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence sales targets.Excellent listening skills to understand the various needs of businesses.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong understanding of advertising and media solutions.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze your sales performance.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with attractive uncapped commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Dynamic, flexible and supportive work environment.Email Resume: [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
