Lunch Prep Assistant

We bake naturally leavened breads, and a variety of pastry along with a small line of packaged items. Duties include but are not limited to: -Lunch Production: Setting up complete soup station, preparing and wrapping sandwiches including display, preparing salads including display, presenting items to front of house for display all in a timely manner that allows for at least some of each item to be sold by our 10:30 lunch availability time frame -Lunch item prep: Helping prep out any lunch items needed for the following day's service -Miscellaneous: Stocking associated paper goods/packaging, kitchen food products, dishes and general cleaning of station and kitchen as instructed by head of kitchen operations or other on duty supervisor. -Adhere to proper food & safety guidelines, leave station clean, organized and sanitized at completion of shift Requirements: * :1 + year previous professional pastry experience necessary for pastry assistant. * Ability to work at a fast pace while keeping a highly organized and clean space. P/T works 8 hour shifts Compensation: Assistant Pastry: Pay DOE + shared tips.
