Job Responsibilities: • Our team is dedicated to research and application of machine learning algorithms in computational advertising, integrating business-driven algorithm implementation with technical innovation. • Design algorithms for advertiser mechanisms (e.g., smart bidding), traffic and platform mechanisms (e.g., real-time control algorithms, calibration algorithms), to support sustainable growth in ad revenue. • Research cutting-edge machine learning technologies to address challenges in ad delivery and optimization. • Practical experience in computational advertising or recommendation systems is highly preferred.
