Job Summary: This employee's main duties are the repair and maintenance of the physical structure of the Convention Center and equipment according to established standards... • Assists with the tending of furnace, air-conditioner and boiler to provide heat, cool air and hot water for the Center. Must be able to read and interpret facility drawings and blueprints. • Must either have obtained or be able to obtain a boilers license in the State of Arkansas. • Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays as required by schedule.
