All appointments are "Pre-Approved" for a loan and ready to buy before we send you out to their home. You will run an average of 2-3 appointments a day, 12-14 a week. The average closer sells 40 to 50% of their appts, that is 5-6 sales a week!!! Your commission is an average of $600 to $800 a sale.....some commissions could be OVER $2500 for 1 sale.
