Leasing Manager, As a successful candidate you’d have a proven track record of leading a team of Leasing Consultants to ensure a maximum leasing and occupancy success of the portfolio. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are results-driven, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have proven your outstanding sales and leasing skills and deep understanding of marketing techniques, and demonstrate professional leadership abilities. You are talented, self-motivated, have strong leadership talents and sharp analytical skills, supplemented by a broad knowledge of the apartment industry and its leasing and marketing operations and needs. OUR EXPECTATIONS Management Mentor and support leasing team toward achieving leasing and occupancy goals Provide clear direction with well-defined and necessary instructions Create a motivating environment for the leasing team, to include, but not limited to; setting goals, immediate feedback, on-the-job coaching, and provide necessary resources and support Responsible for auditing and providing feedback to every Leasing Consultant each month Act as a role model at all times by demonstrating the core values Communicate daily with the Property Manager to update on leasing team Identify opportunities and rectify issues with all leasing activities across the portfolio Research and advise on rental rates throughout the portfolio Analyze weekly leasing reports, including but not limited to; closing ratios, occupancy trends, and traffic Conduct assessments to develop needs and recommends solutions Participate in pricing strategy and make recommendations based on trends and projections. Work with maintenance staff to prepare the units for move in, order materials, scheduling.
