This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the sports media landscape. ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance in prospect research, client outreach, and meeting scheduling.Oversee the preparation of tailored proposals, presentations, and media kits to address client needs and objectives.Maintain and optimize sales databases, ensuring accurate tracking of campaigns and reporting metrics.Collaborate with internal teams (programming, marketing, production) to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, presenting insights and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.Support the sales leadership team with strategic planning and administrative functions.Stay informed about sports media trends, advertising innovations, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies.Develop innovative ideas and create high-quality collateral for sponsorship packages, branded content, and advertising opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; substantial experience in a sales role in the advertising or sports media sector.Demonstrated success in sales management with strong organizational and project management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or sales software is highly desirable.Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Deep passion for sports and entertainment, coupled with the ability to engage and inspire clients.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy:Next Level provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
