We are looking for a Manager, Ad Sales who can support our growing sales organization, drive operational rigor for our Ad Sales business in the US, and help shape the future of Netflix Ads. Qualifications • 10+ years of advertising sales experience, including 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience with high-performing sales teams • Business and marketplace expertise on the clients/agencies under the domain of the team • Highly skilled at cross-functional partnership, organizational rigor, and strategy building to deliver healthy business metrics and growth • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on synthesizing feedback, farming for dissent, and gaining alignment from internal and external stakeholders • Deep understanding of Netflix product suite and ability to sell our value proposition at the highest levels of client and agency organizations • Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers • Accurately assesses strength/development areas for ICs and is able to coach towards successful outcomes Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
