Job Summary Xumo is seeking a strategic Manager, Ads Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives for the Advertising team. Responsibilities include integrated marketing programs, advertising product development, sales enablement, competitive positioning, client engagement, and client education. This role is designed to be a critical function for company growth and will need to combine advertising industry experience with TV and streaming know-how while having a strong commercial, creative and marketing sense. The role will partner across the organization, working with our sales, product, partnerships, and broader marketing teams to put in place programs, strategies, and materials that will tell our story to the market and our customers. Desired Qualifications: • 5-7+ years of experience in sales/marketing, with a focus on video advertising – publisher or distributor experience strongly preferred • Experience developing and selling integrated marketing programs (pre- and post-sale execution) • Understanding of the streaming and digital advertising ecosystem.
