The Manager, Ads Measurement will serve as a key conduit between our Strategy, Product, Sales and Data Science teams and our advertising and agency customers. You’ll be a great fit for the role if • You have a deep understanding of advertising effectiveness methods (e.g., MMM, Lifetime Value Modeling, Test/Control frameworks) and get excited about developing new approaches to solving challenging measurement problems • You have an analytical mindset and thrive on delivering actionable insights that lead to client satisfaction • You are comfortable with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and enjoy digging into large datasets in order to ‘separate the signal from the noise’ • You possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • You enjoy presenting insights internally & externally and love to develop and own strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike • You have the ability to wear multiple hats, are a self-starter, a team player and a curious, lifelong learner • You are a creative thinker and storyteller who is able to transform complex data into stories that resonate • You have demonstrated experience with navigating ambiguity and solving challenging problems in the Advertising Measurement space Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of past experience with Advertising Effectiveness or Research methodologies working at either an advertising platform, vendor, agency or brand direct in a measurement or strategy role • Past experience delivering value in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous team environment • Ability to analyze and interpret data, and subsequently present interpretations in an easy-to-understand manner • Proficiency in SQL and/or a scripting language (R/Python) and ability to write queries on large data sets • Experience building campaign measurement presentations in Powerpoint and/or Google Slides and presenting to clients • Experience using a data visualization tool, such as Tableau or Looker We encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn’t match every detail of the job description.
