What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media (or related) or equivalent experience • 5+ years of AdTech and digital ad operations experience • Knowledgeable about AdTech, MarTech, Digital Media (direct and programmatic) • Deep familiarity with Google Ad Manager/DV 360 – delivery logic, creative templates, inventory management and ad tags • Background in using Third-Party tags for impression, viewability, and IVT tracking (DCM, Innovid, Moat, IAS, Sizmek, etc) • Demonstrated success building and managing complex business processes across multiple teams in a high-growth environment • Deep understanding of the needs and motivations of a variety of stakeholders that interact with advertising inventory • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams • Ownership mindset with propensity of taking the initiative to find unique solutions to business challenges, as well as strong decision-making skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
