What You'll Be Doing : Support advertising revenue growth by supporting Advertising Sales team & account executives from pre-sale to post-sale cycles AM will work closely with Account Executives on strategic proposal ideation, media plan creation, campaign management and execution, and supporting on post campaign analysis reports Will interface with key XFN stakeholders to create and deliver advertising solutions to brands, launching, monitoring and working with campaign management to optimize live campaigns Will lead on post sales analysis, working cross functionally to deliver comprehensive & strategic wrap reports and leverage data to inform future ad sales platform strategy Directly interface with clients during campaign to co-manage client and agency communications for campaign performance in partnership with account executives Support Account Executives on any relevant in-person meetings / pitches in-market to agencies and clients direct Support on resolving day-to-day operational issues to minimize campaign or revenue blockers. Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail Proven results in a client-facing role; ability to build strong relationshipsBackground working closely with both internal and external agency and client partners Background working on a newly developed ad platform or selling new and emerging ad solutions. Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentAble to simplify complex issues and create innovative solutions given set resources Strategic thinker, problem-solver and valued collaborator with a scrappy mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and team BA / BS degree or equivalent years of experience 2-4 years of experience in digital media sales or account management Strong understanding of the media and creative agency landscape Strong media planning & proposal building skillsFluent in G-Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills Fluent in disseminating data and insights for brand lift studies (Kantar, Nielsen)Experience in fast-growing companies and navigating ambiguity Sufficient in advertising metrics and comfortable with interpreting and explaining performance to clients Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, highly organized You are passionate about Bumble's vision and values $80,000 - $80,000 a year
