The primary responsibility of the Manager – Advertising and Marketing is to oversee marketing programs and projects for assigned areas for The Venetian Resort. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Director of Destination Marketing to manage consistency and integrity of marketing communications and the guest experience. • Manage the creative messaging across all traditional paid media assets in a manner that is consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the properties. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct. • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
