Our Purpose As part of the global Commerce Media organization, this role is accountable for sourcing high quality, card linked offers by building direct merchant relationships across NAM. Role & Responsibilities • Lead Commerce Media sales in-region: Own the full sales cycle for merchant acquisition—including identifying target advertisers, building the pipeline, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals—specifically for card linked offer (CLO) and affiliate programs. • Merchant onboarding & content management: Ensure merchants are on‑boarded efficiently and campaign content is delivered accurately and on time. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
