Manager, Advertising Growth Operations

This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic intelligence, and emotional intelligence. Serve as the operational backbone for Growth leadership, proactively managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless execution across all initiatives.Drive the end-to-end pitch lifecycle, from early-stage coordination and strategic planning through final delivery and post-pitch follow-through.Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, data, communications, and operations to develop compelling narratives and high-impact client deliverables.Ensure leadership is consistently briefed, prepared, and positioned ahead of key meetings, presentations, and decision points.Own timelines, workflows, communications, and resource coordination with exceptional attention to detail and accountability.Identify and remove operational roadblocks while maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.Build strong relationships with senior executives and global teams, navigating complex environments with professionalism, diplomacy, and influence.Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all materials, ensuring outputs are polished, accurate, and client-ready.What you'll need: Proven experience managing high-profile, integrated projects in fast-paced, client-driven environments.Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and effectively support C-suite stakeholders.Demonstrated strategic problem-solving capabilities with the judgment to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.Meticulous attention to detail and a relentless commitment to operational excellence.Strong global mindset with an understanding of the nuances of international markets and cross-cultural collaboration.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of execution.Experience within advertising, marketing, consulting, media, communications, or related industries preferred.Who you are: We approach all that we do with conviction: to try the new and to seek the unexpected.
