**Overview:** The Manager, Advertising Operations will play a key role in the Program & Operations team within the Supplier Advertising team at Wayfair. This hybrid role will work on-site Monday-Thursday and remotely on Fridays. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution strategy of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, trafficking, performance reporting, and optimization. **Responsibilities:** • Manage end-to-end execution strategy of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, trafficking, performance reporting, and optimization • Own display campaign optimization strategies & service level improvements with the goal of maximize ad performance onsite & offsite, boost supplier satisfaction with our Display product offering, and streamline operational processes • Own developing an end-to-end operational strategy for our new managed Display product offering that is launching soon • Oversee a team of Display Ops Account Managers who execute 130+ accounts annually • Partner closely with our Managed Sales, Product, Analytics, and creative teams to develop and evangelize new program initiatives • Responsible for vendor management and third-party relationships with Ad Tech partners; oversee the implementation and integration of ad-serving technologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in ad delivery • Learn and grow in the dynamic industry of digital advertising & retail media, specifically Display advertising, immersing self in industry news in order to stay abreast of industry trends, ad tech advancements, and platform updates to ensure our advertising strategies remain innovative and competitive • Own and track against key performance metrics to show the impact of your work • *Qualifications:** • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, preferably in an agency or retail media environment • Strong communication and cross-functional team working skills • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and approach problems from a customer perspective • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience • You are an entrepreneur in the way you work, self-starting, and ready to solve problems that do not have a clear cut solution • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on innovative and dynamic projects that impact the company's growth • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment with a diverse team • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible remote work options • Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion
