Job Description The Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) organization is seeking a motivated individual to contribute to and manage research projects within the Brand and Marketing Research Team. This person will use both qualitative and quantitative primary research techniques to unearth insights, evaluate communications concepts, and convey insights to business partners and key stakeholders. The Value You Deliver • Demonstrate your passion for digging into data to answer critical questions and uncover new insights • Using existing brand health and advertising effectiveness data, you will uncover themes, trends and opportunities for messaging to key target audiences • You will design and conduct primary positioning research in support of the development of creative briefs for consumer-facing marketing materials and advertising • Evaluate advertising campaign approaches through primary research and present insights to marketing and business leadership for further refinement of ads • Leverage syndicated studies to deliver ongoing in-market ad-effectiveness results and insights Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences.
