The company is currently expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe. This person acts as a key liaison with external partners (such as MLB, NFL, NBA, New Era, 47, Mitchell & Ness and more) to deliver consumer-facing campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and sales to all brick & mortar locations. Success requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strategic Campaign Leadership • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to shape campaign strategies, messaging, and execution plans • Independently present briefs and negotiate vendor co-op to drive partner support to amplify marketing of all products within our doors • Maintain strong knowledge of product assortments, customer insights, market opportunities, and business priorities to inform campaign direction • Monitor campaign performance and overall health, identifying opportunities to optimize or amplify impact Job Required Knowledge & Skills • 3–5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Go To Market, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Project Management • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through analysis.
