Moving from product-centric teams to functional service teams adds complexity and requires greater attention to the way we engage clients, and Client Engagement drives client outcomes and value... through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. You will have the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. • Orchestrate across delivery teams to deliver a single product or service for clients with ability to translate and adjust expectations between internal and external teams and manage overall client margin to original contract.
