The Ads Consumer Insights team’s goal is to lead, uncover, and deliver research and insights that translate directly into product and business impact, guiding the development of advertising experiences and features enjoyed by millions of people all over the world, and by our advertising clients. Clear, demonstrable experience as a product researcher, experience strategist, service designer, or similar role, with a proven record of seeing products from concept to delivery Effective verbal and written communication style, distilling complex multi-method research reports into understandable, compelling, and actionable insights Experience presenting to and consulting with senior leaders and stakeholders, ideally as part of a leadership team What You'll Be Doing: Build a team of researchers that will represent our advertisers and consumers to surface unseen opportunities and influence the direction of our growing ads business. The range for this role is $339,300.00 - $504,000.00. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
