Position Summary The Digital Advertising Manager is part of operations and managers and leads the Digital Marketing team in providing fulfillment, reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns. This role leads a team to define objectives, priorities and deadlines required to meet short term goals and objectives and is responsible for the success of each team member. • Develops, executes and leads the digital marketing strategy of internal communication plans. • Conduct market research to identify current trends and opportunities for expansion • Develop case studies and actively share written and verbal summaries of campaign performance and other insights • Serve as the internal and client resource for digital marketing strategy and actively identify new advertising opportunities that fit client needs • Provide copywriting and web design/maintenance for a variety of internal and client projects • Schedule/implement, manage and optimize social media and digital marketing campaigns • Develop campaign performance reports and track when adjustments need to occur to meet campaign impressions • Oversee social media accounts for various division entities • Provide digital support for news staff • Other duties as assigned
