Manager, Digital Marketing

Delta Dental of New Jersey, located in Parsippany NJ is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The following experience and attributes are preferred: • Demonstrated track record in developing, and executing new digital experiences from conception to implementation • Demonstrated experience redesigning and improving the consumer value chain and consumer digital experience • Leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion • In-depth analytical experience with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions • The ability to understand technical issues and prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to work within multi-functional and multi-geographical teams • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal partners and external customers • Experience with web content management software, hosting and web management services including: • Performance optimization with file and image conversion and loading, ensuring files are appropriately sized for the medium • Managing custom HTML and responsive page development • Search Engine Optimized site development • HTML/CSS/jQuery, Bootstrap Framework, Content Management Systems, SiteCore • Marketing Automation Systems • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience • Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator • Google Analytics and GA4 expertise • Office365 skills, including advanced Excel and advanced Power Point skills are a must • Managing ASPX and JavaScript page development with partner • Familiarity with development for WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards • Experience being the owner of web site development and working with a hosting provider Delta Dental is an employer of choice and offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, Rx and vision, matching 401k, tuition reimbursement and ample paid time off.
